Clean Matter industrialises the Power-to-P technology platform by focusing on the activities that create the greatest long-term value: technology development, process optimisation, commissioning, process support and product commercialisation.

Manufacturing, procurement, construction and local project execution are delivered by specialised industrial partners. This allows each organisation to focus on its core expertise while ensuring efficient and reliable project delivery.

This focused approach is enabled by the standardised design of the Power-to-P platform. Process modules, repeatable engineering and common interfaces simplify implementation, reduce project complexity and ensure consistent quality across installations. As market demand grows, capacity can be expanded through replication of modules rather than redesigning the entire process, providing an efficient foundation for industrial scale-up.

Clean Matter builds on years of industrial process expertise developed within the Eilkær Group. This foundation is strengthened through collaboration with Technical University of Denmark, Chemisch-Technische Laboratorium Luers GmBH and KWB Kompetenzzentrum Wasser Berlin gemeinnützige GmbH and publicly funded demonstration programmes. Together, these capabilities provide the technical, operational and commercial foundation required to transform an innovative technology into a scalable industrial business.

Clean Matter's industrialisation model has been designed to simplify every stage of project delivery and plant operation. 

Standardised engineering, factory-built modules and pre-commissioned systems reduce project complexity and shorten permitting and implementation. Customers receive a repeatable industrial solution rather than a bespoke engineering project.

The use of proven process technologies significantly reduces technical risk while ensuring predictable plant performance from start-up. Throughout the lifetime of the plant, customers benefit from continuous improvements to the Power-to-P platform as operational experience from every installation is incorporated into future developments.

At the same time, we assume responsibility for bringing recovered products, through consolidated offtake across multiple plants, to market. This removes a large  commercial barrier to investment and give customers access to established markets and professional product sales without having to build their own commercial organisation.

Clean Matter’s plan for scaling is built on partnerships with experienced EPC companies and specialised industrial suppliers that understand local regulations, permitting processes and market conditions.
